Stay Beautiful from Head to Foot Without Having to Spend a Fortune!

You don’t have to spend a fortune to stay beautiful from head to foot. As a matter of fact, most of the beauty routine can be done home or with simple tricks. Here’s how:

For the Skin
1. Remember that wheat germ (that ingredient found in whole wheat bread) is packed with Vitamin E. Blend egg yolk and use as an anti-wrinkle mask.
2. Have a quick shower twice daily, everyday of the week but for special effects, hang a long bath with a cupful of fine oatmeal in the water. It softens skin.

For the Face
1. Don’t live with an unusually high forehead. Disguise it with a wispy fringe or soft curls. Another option is to wear bangs a la Elizabeth Hurley to keep your hair off your face.

For the Feet
1. Give your feet and toe nails regular massage.
2. Always wear footwear when walking and don’t wear shoes that are too tight.
3. Allow your feet to breathe after working.
