Stay Beautiful from Head to Foot Without Having to Spend a Fortune!

You don’t have to spend a fortune to stay beautiful from head to foot. As a matter of fact, most of the beauty routine can be done home or with simple tricks. Here’s how:

For the Skin
1. Remember that wheat germ (that ingredient found in whole wheat bread) is packed with Vitamin E. Blend egg yolk and use as an anti-wrinkle mask.
2. Have a quick shower twice daily, everyday of the week but for special effects, hang a long bath with a cupful of fine oatmeal in the water. It softens skin.

For the Face
1. Don’t live with an unusually high forehead. Disguise it with a wispy fringe or soft curls. Another option is to wear bangs a la Elizabeth Hurley to keep your hair off your face.
2. Meanwhile, it’s quite easy to disguise a low forehead by highlighting it and having a blow-away hairstyle.

For the Eyes
1. Don’t moan over your small eyes. Make them large with smoky eye shadow and lots of mascara.
3. Comb through with a fine-tooth comb to separate mascara from your eyelashes.
3. Pluck your eyebrows in the direction of their growth.
4. Use castor oil, almond oil or olive oil if you dream of having thick, long lashes. The process is slow, but sure.
5. Sooth your eyes with a refreshing eye bath once in a while, which simply means, wash your face in the morning and before sleeping.
6. Keep wrinkles at bay by massaging the eye area with nourishing cream, better yet with eye cold cream. Use the pads of your fingers to gently massage the outside of your eye areas.
7. Roll your eyes around every morning as a relaxing exercise.
8. Sunglasses are the best cover when you don’t have time to get yourself all made up. When you’re wearing them, all you need is lipstick or gloss. The bonus: Keeping yourself from squinting outdoors saves wrinkles.

For the Hair
1. Eat a well-balanced diet with lots of protein, fresh fruit and vegetable for lovely hair.
2. Wash your hair regularly with the shampoo recommended for your hair type.

4. Never use harsh nylon or metal combs or brushes on your hair.
