Prince Tower Condominium Makati

Prince Tower is a 14-storey residential and commercial condominium building located along Tordesillas Street, cor. Bautista, Salcedo Village, Makati City, 1227. It was redesigned in 1987 by St. Francis Square Group of companies, a real estate developer that especially caters middle income real estate projects. The first three floors of the building is dedicated to commercial establishments including banks, and many professional service offices. Ten floors are dedicated for residential purpose. Because the building is right in the heart of Salcedo, which is a business district in Makati, one’s parking requirements would entail additional payment of at least three thousand pesos for a parking slot.

The Prince Tower condominium is practically fully occupied. However, there are some residents that are offering their units for sale or for rent. There are also some commercial spaces are available time and time again. Among the basic amenities available in the condo included continuous water supply system, as well as generators incase of power failures. Provisions for air-conditioning is also available for each unit.
