Serissa Residences Condo is another residential community to be developed by DMCI Homes along Alabang-Zapote road in Las Pinas, which will feature midrise residential buildings. And much like other DMCI projects, Serissa Residences Condominium will feature the signature resort themed amenities that typified DMCI Homes.
DMCI Homes will use the “The Serissa bonsai” as the inspiration of this project, from which it derived its name. Serissa which literally translates to a ‘tree of a thousand stars’, shall be one residential place with a multitude of luminary spots and features, that will give light and shine to the place.
